Although not in a sleep crisis Rachael really helped me make some small tweaks to improve my daughter’s daily routine and gave me the confidence to implement independent self-settling. Having support at any time on WhatsApp and Rachael ready to celebrate the little wins has been great. Rachael has also really helped us see a clear plan of how daytime naps will evolve in the coming months. Happy mum and happy baby :-)
I cannot thank Rachael enough for helping my family with Lola’s sleep journey. Lola was always a great sleeper but when she hit 5-6 months she would refuse to sleep in the day which left her overtired and she would wake up multiple times at night. She also got used to me feeding her to sleep and rocking her to sleep (naughty mummy!)

I was feeding and pushing the buggy ALOT to get our son to sleep , but Rachel taught us how to get him to sleep in his cot for daytime naps which has been a real game changer .
