Rachael is fantastic and has truly transformed not only my son's sleep but mine too. Before working with Rachael, I was feeding my 20-month-old to sleep. I was letting him sleep when he liked during the day, and he was still waking to be fed 2 or 3 times a night. When we started working with Rachael, I was co-sleeping with him as this was the only way to get any decent sleep. Needless to say, this was not sustainable long term.

On the call, I found Rachael listened to my issue in a non-judgemental way and showed genuine empathy with my situation.
Following the call, I booked her initial sleep service package. I really thought I would have to opt for continued support as my son was really attached. After our online consultation, I really felt Rachael had my back and knew exactly how to sort us out. It was a stepped approach, and Rachael gave great support throughout with catch up calls; and through text support and by the end of the two weeks of working with Rachael, I was able to put Iarla in his cot and leave the room and off he went to sleep.
It's a month since we completed the sleep training with Rachael, and we are at the stage where Iarla is pointing to his cot to go to bed, and he sleeps from 6.30/7 pm right through till 6.30 am. It has truly been life-changing for us. I have gone from broken sleep max 5 hours sleep to 7 to 8 hours sleep a night and feel amazing. I highly recommend working with Rachael; my only regret is that I didn't sleep train with Rachael sooner. Sleep is golden.
