Rachael did a fantastic job transforming our son Finn’s sleep - and majorly exceeded our expectations (including my husband who was pretty sceptical beforehand). Finn, who is 9 months, was still waking for at least one feed a night and then would wake for the day around 5am. Plus wasn’t sleeping long enough at lunch.
Rachael identified that Finn was overtired often - which was worsening his sleep. She also gave us a method we were comfortable with to gradually decrease his night feed. Which was much less painful than we thought. After 2 week support from Rachael and following her plan Finn is now sleeping through the night, and is often sleeping past 6.30. And he can now also get himself back to sleep if he wakes early at lunch - which has also made a big difference!
We have even had to wake him up a few times. Would highly recommend - and already have to a few friends.
